Raw chicken parts, available at the ranch.
When we process our pasture-raised chickens, we set aside the parts that don't go into our regular cuts, like backs, necks, feet, frames, and organs. Nothing goes to waste. Many pet owners like to use these raw, whole parts for their animals.
These parts are sold raw, whole, and unmixed, just as they come from our processing. We don't grind or blend them, and they aren't a complete or balanced diet. Please handle them like any raw poultry: keep them frozen or cold, and wash your hands and surfaces after handling.
Available for pickup at the ranch only, 12388 Bayside Rd, Machipongo. Supply depends on our processing schedule and isn't available at the farmers market.
